Manufacturing Europe B.V. Manufacturing Europe B.V.In 1934 Fuji Photo Film Ltd. opened the first factory at the foot of mount Fuji. The firm started with 340 employees. In 1936 Fuji sold the first film roll in Japan.
Almost 50 years later (1982) Fuji opens in Tilburg the first factory outside of Japan. In 1989 a third factory is established in Greenwood, USA. These three factories produce a lot of products. From photopraphic paper and colour films to X-ray films and minilabs. The European headquarters is established in Düsseldorf.
